  • If you are returning for an in-person or Telehealth session, please either book an appointment during your psychology session, through the website, via email here or telephone voicemail service (calling or texting) to 0403 451 970

  • If you are new to Collins Child and Adult Psychology and would like an in-person or Telehealth session, please provide your details via the contact section of the website and I will correspond with you as soon as possible to discuss your needs initially

  • Prior to your appointment, you will be sent a client details and confidentiality form. Please complete these before your appointment so we have enough time to discuss your needs in your first session

Appointment Fees:

  • Standard Psychology appointment - 55 minutes at $200 (gap of $103.35 after Medicare rebate)

  • Extended Psychology Appointment- 85 minutes at $260 (gap of $163.35 after Medicare rebate)

  • NDIS Appointment: 55 minutes at $214.41 upfront (process a full rebate through your NDIS funding)

* The APS National Schedule of Recommended Fees 2023-2024 has the standard 46 to 60-minute consultation fee at $311.

REBATES

Medicare, Private Health funds, NDIS

  • Upon providing a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you will be entitled to receive a Medicare rebate of $93.35 for psychology appointments attended. Please make sure you have provided your banking details to Medicare, to allow them to deposit the rebate directly into your account

  • A Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan can be accessed through your GP for those requiring a range of allied health services. A CDM referral entitles you to five therapy sessions over a 12 month period at a reduced rate

  • If you are using your private health insurance for appointments, please speak to your policy holder for information relating to the rebate amount you may be entitled to

Payment method:

  • In person and Telehealth- Pay ID using your phone banking app at time of your session

  • Medicare rebates are automatically generated using Halaxy software if you’ve provided your banking details to Medicare

  • Upfront payment is required if using private health insurance, and an invoice is provided to you to submit to your insurer

Cancellation Policy:

  • At least 24 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 100% of the appointment fee will be charged without 24 hours notice

  • Telehealth appointments can be arranged if you cannot attend in person
